Despite the fact that we were purchasing a new-build, which most agents would assume is a safe bet, Atlasa researched every aspect and potential risk of the property to an incredible degree: the reputation of the builder, the developer’s track record, the permit history of the building, the inspector’s notes from their reports, the structural integrity of the building, and we ultimately brought in our own team of inspectors to verify the quality of the foundation/electrical/plumbing/etc. Honestly, even we were exhausted by the level of thoroughness we went into, but we’re so very grateful for it in the long run.
