Tracey Broadman has been a licensed California broker for over 18 years. Having had a successful broker career in Los Angeles for 10 years, Tracey happily returned to the Bay Area in 2011 and quickly built her business in both Marin and San Francisco. Living and playing in San Francisco and Marin makes Tracey uniquely positioned to service clients looking to buy or sell in the city or make the move over the Golden Gate to Marin County.

Raised in Atlanta, Tracey went to college in Boston before moving west to San Francisco. She considers herself as a true Californian! Tracey worked in high end restaurants for over 17 years, including managing the iconic Stars Restaurant in Singapore for over two years. That experience contributed immensely to Tracey’s unparalleled work ethic and character. In 2001, Tracey moved to Los Angeles to follow the sun and get her broker’s license. She has a natural bent toward architecture and absolutely loves structures, land and the possibilities that exists throughout the Bay Area.

Tracey works tirelessly for all her clients, from first time buyers to those looking for legacy properties. Access to off market properties in this competitive market gives savvy buyers a jump start on finding their dream home or investment. Previewing new inventory and her vast colleague network keeps her relevant and in the know. Tracey prides herself on her fierce negotiating skills combined with a vast knowledge of contracts, to be the foremost advocate for each of her clients. She has a wide range of experienced and talented vendors at her disposal to transform properties for sellers, readying them for the market to maximize their asset to their top potential for return on investment.

Tracey has one 13 year old child and is actively involved in his activities, both school and extracurricular. Tracey also donates time and resources to Valencia 826, an organization started by the author Dave Eggers, that is dedicated to improving literacy and writing to all students throughout the Bay Area.
