SoMa, otherwise known as South of Market, is close to South Beach, the East Cut, the Financial District, and Potrero Hill. It is a largely warehouse-filled district with numerous museums and exhibits. Some of these museums and attractions are the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and Gardens, the Contemporary Jewish Museum, and the Children’s Creativity Museum.
