About the Job
We are looking for a data-minded professional who synthesizes real estate insights from our core data team to engage a non-technical audience. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and digital communications, including copy for print collateral, traditional and digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and website content.
By tracking and optimizing campaign performance metrics, you will enable our team to define and execute projects that will unlock potential clients in various real estate markets.
This part-time role will be partially on-site and remote. The on-site location is in our home office in Cow Hollow, San Francisco.
The ideal candidate has impeccable organizational skills, is a creative problem-solver, and adapts well to change. This is a great position for someone starting out in their career (i.e., recent grad) or looking to make a transition. The candidate will be considered for a future full-time role with exceptional performance.
Responsibilities
Research, plan and write-up informative data-driven real estate copy to engage home buyers and sellers to our “calls to action”.
Collaborate with internal departments to establish marketing campaign objectives and brand-building projects.
Conduct research to learn more about communications needs, developments and perceptions in real estate; contextualize the findings.
Edit and proofread material as demand and scheduling requires.
Track key performance indicators and report to executive management.
Working on special projects or providing extra support to other teams.

Basic Qualifications

Willing to complete a short assignment and provide a writing portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications
BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, and English, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and G Suite.
Able to utilize database management tools (MySQL, SQL, or PhpMyAdmin) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Infogram, Datawrapper) to perform data driven analysis in various fields (social sciences, law, education, etc.)
